Description
A refreshing fruit salad with a honey citrus dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 mandarin oranges
- 1 banana (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon or orange juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
- Core and dice apples and pears.
- Halve the grapes.
- Peel and segment the mandarins.
- Slice the banana if using.
- Whisk together honey and lemon or orange juice in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the fruits.
- Pour the citrus-honey dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Top with pomegranate seeds and optionally garnish with mint or chopped pecans.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- This fruit salad is versatile; feel free to add or substitute your favorite fruits.
- For a twist, you can add toasted nuts for added crunch.
