Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Pie Crust: Place the pie crust in a 9-inch quiche or pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
- Sauté the Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onions, sauté until translucent. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and just cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Quiche Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Stir in grated cheese.
- Assemble the Quiche: Arrange sautéed shrimp and onions evenly over the pie crust. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the shrimp and onions.
- Bake: Place the quiche in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
