- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the Steaks: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into oval patties.
- Cook the Steaks: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the patties on both sides until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Gravy: In the same skillet, add sliced onion and mushrooms. Sauté until onions are translucent. Stir in the flour until it coats the onions and mushrooms. Gradually add beef broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce and ketchup, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Combine and Simmer: Return the patties to the skillet, spooning gravy over them. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
