Description

Create these adorable Reindeer Treats for a fun holiday snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • Powdered sugar
  • 2 candy eyes per reindeer
  • 1 red or pink candy nose (M&M / Skittle / jellybean) per reindeer
  • 2 chocolate antlers (piped and cooled) per reindeer
  • Optional: frosting or extra marshmallows for “snow”

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in rice cereal until fully coated.
  2. Press mixture into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan. Flatten evenly and let cool completely.
  3. Once firm, slice into squares or rectangles.
  4. Melt white chocolate until smooth. Dip the tops of each treat to create a frosted layer. Let excess drip off and place on a tray to set.
  5. While chocolate is soft — or using melted chocolate as glue — attach 2 candy eyes, 1 red/pink nose, and 2 chocolate antlers at the top. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
