- 4 slices sandwich bread
Instructions
- Peel and chop 4 hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Stir to combine until creamy.
- Mix in 1 finely chopped celery stalk.
- Spoon the mixture onto 2 slices of bread, top with the other 2 slices, slice in half, and serve.
