Description

A deliciously spicy sauce perfect for chicken tenders.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk the hot sauce, honey and sugar together for about 5 minutes. The sugar should dissolve and the sauce should slightly thicken.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in the butter. Add the cumin, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne and whisk until smooth.
  3. Allow to cool. Serve with favorite chicken tenders.
  4. Sauce will store in the refrigerator for up to a week if stored when completely cooled and in a tight airtight container.

Notes
