Ingredients

- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ⅓ cup Granulated sugar
- ¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips (or semi-sweet chocolate bar)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- Optional Toppings
- Crushed Candy Canes
- Whipped cream
- Christmas Sprinkles
- Marshmallows
Instructions
- Add the milk and heavy cream to your sauce pan and stir while it’s on medium heat until it is warm.
- Once warm, stir in the sugar and chocolate. Continue stirring until all of the chocolate is melted and well mixed in with the other ingredients.
- When everything is well combined, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Pour into mugs, add your desired toppings and enjoy!
