A delicious and healthy matcha chia pudding that is easy to make!
Ingredients

- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds (use 4 tablespoons for a thicker consistency)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder (sifted)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder into the Greek yogurt until smooth and lump-free.
- Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the milk and chia seeds, stirring until evenly combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick.
- Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, increase chia seeds to 4 tablespoons.
- Add toppings such as fruit or nuts before serving.
