Ingredients

- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice (Juice from about 4–5 limes)
- 1 cup Simple Syrup (Adjust to taste)
- 2 cups Club Soda (Chilled)
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint Leaves (For muddling and garnish)
- 4 slices Lime (For garnish)
- 1 cup Ice Cubes (As needed)
Instructions
- In a pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup to release the mint oils.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher and pour in the club soda.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve in glasses garnished with lime slices and additional mint leaves.
Notes
- This drink can be adjusted in sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup.
