- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic halfway through cooking.
- Drain excess grease, then season with dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly; place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese in the center. Fold the dough around it and pinch to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces as desired.
