Delicious and easy roast beef biscuit bites served warm with beef broth for dipping.
Ingredients

- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
- 4 oz provolone cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and lay half on the baking sheet.
- Top each biscuit with slices of roast beef, provolone cheese, and a sprinkle of onion powder.
- Cover with the remaining biscuit halves, gently sealing the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with beef broth for dipping.
