Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, slice mushrooms, and chop sage.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté mushrooms until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add chopped sage to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir gently, and drain well.
- Combine cooked gnocchi with the creamy sauce in the skillet, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.
- Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
