- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves black garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp with melted butter and minced black garlic until well-coated.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste; mix well.
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes.
