Description

Delicious and easy garlic butter shrimp perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves black garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with melted butter and minced black garlic until well-coated.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste; mix well.
  4. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
