- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mixed greens (such as romaine and arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and have a nice char. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top. Drizzle with the prepared yogurt dressing and sprinkle with fresh dill.
- Serve: Toss everything gently to coat the ingredients with the dressing. Serve immediately.

- Chicken: Make sure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety.
- Customization: Add other vegetables like bell peppers or roasted red peppers for extra flavor.
