Description

This delicious avocado toast topped with Greek yogurt and cucumber is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • 12 slices whole grain or sourdough bread, toasted
  • as needed Thinly sliced cucumber

Instructions
