Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 slices whole grain or sourdough bread, toasted
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Smoked paprika, for garnish
- Optional: drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs
Instructions
- Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a blender or with an immersion blender until ultra smooth.
- Spread generously over toasted bread.
- Top with cucumber slices and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
- Finish with olive oil or herbs if desired.
