- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- Additional Golden Oreos for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Crush 24 Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of the cheesecake.
- Place additional Golden Oreos around the edge of the cheesecake for decoration.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Serve:
- Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and serve chilled.
