Ingredients

- 12 large eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley or chives (for decoration)
- Diced cherry tomatoes (for ornaments)
- Diced red bell pepper (for ornaments)
- Carrot sticks (for trunks)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water for 12-14 minutes. Cool in an ice bath.
- Peel and halve the eggs, removing the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mix yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the filling into the egg whites.
- Arrange three filled halves in a triangular formation on a platter for each tree shape.
- Top with parsley or chives for the tree top and decorate with diced veggies.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
