- 1 kg potatoes, sliced into thick rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0 teaspoon dried basil
- 0 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Arrange the slices so the cut sides touch the pan for better crisping.
- Roast for 25 minutes, flip the potatoes, then roast for another 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot while perfectly crisp.
Notes
- For extra crunch, make sure not to overlap the potato slices on the baking sheet.
