- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 2 tsp cotton candy flavoring
- pink gel food coloring
- blue gel food coloring
- sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Place the pan over low heat.
- Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the cotton candy flavoring and stir to combine.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring to one bowl and stir until evenly colored.
- Add a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the other bowl and stir until evenly colored.
- Pour both mixtures alternately into the prepared pan.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together.
- Top with sprinkles, if desired.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares before serving.

- For best results, ensure the butter is at room temperature.
