Description

A colorful and delightful cotton candy fudge that is perfect for parties or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • pink gel food coloring
  • blue gel food coloring
  • sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Place the pan over low heat.
  4. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat.
  6. Add the cotton candy flavoring and stir to combine.
  7. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  8. Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring to one bowl and stir until evenly colored.
  9. Add a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the other bowl and stir until evenly colored.
  10. Pour both mixtures alternately into the prepared pan.
  11. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together.
  12. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
  13. Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  14. Cut into squares before serving.
