Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
-
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
-
Place the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or a pizza stone. Spread the sugar and butter mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the chocolate chips are slightly melted.
-
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For added texture, consider sprinkling chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans over the chocolate chips before baking.
- Drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce after baking for extra decadence.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert combination.
