Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
  3. Prepare Wet Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add salt, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until combined.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Shape the Cookies: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 tablespoons per cookie, spacing 2 inches apart.
