Instructions

- Cook Bacon: Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Mix Dressing: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, cheddar cheese cubes, cooked bacon, green onions, and parsley.
- Add Dressing: Pour the prepared dressing over the popcorn mixture. Gently toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
