Description

Delicious cookies with white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pretzels, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup broken up pretzel pieces
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together with a mixer until well combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. In medium bowl mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  4. Gently mix in the white chocolate, butterscotch chips, and pretzels.
  5. With a tablespoon sized cookie scoop, form balls with the dough.
  6. Place the balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets 2 inches apart. Press down on the dough rounds slightly and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake cookies for approximately 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 3 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For chewier cookies, omit the pressing down step before baking.
  • Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
