- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional for drizzling)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in grated Parmesan until fully coated.
- Place on a serving platter and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

- For best results, allow the cheese ball to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
