Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls filled with Biscoff cookie butter and topped with a sweet glaze.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter (For spreading on the dough)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (For glaze)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and milk, and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over the cookie butter.
- Starting from one edge, roll the dough into a tight log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm area for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before drizzling the glaze on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- This recipe can be customized with different fillings or glazes as desired.
- For a richer flavor, use more Biscoff cookie butter in the filling.
