Description

Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls filled with Biscoff cookie butter and topped with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter (For spreading on the dough)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (For glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add melted butter and milk, and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  6. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over the cookie butter.
  7. Starting from one edge, roll the dough into a tight log.
  8. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  9. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm area for about 20 minutes.
  10. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  11. Bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  12. While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  13. Let the rolls cool slightly before drizzling the glaze on top.
  14. Serve warm and enjoy!
