Description
A delicious and creamy smoothie made with bananas, mandarin oranges, and cottage cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 2 mandarin oranges (in segments)
- 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
- 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, soy milk)
- 2–3 tablespoons orange juice (optional, for more orange flavor)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients of frozen banana, orange segments, cottage cheese, milk and orange juice, if desired. Add in any other add-ins at this time as well.
- Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other fruits or protein powders.
- Use your choice of milk for a different flavor.
