Description

A delicious and creamy smoothie made with bananas, mandarin oranges, and cottage cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 mandarin oranges (in segments)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, soy milk)
  • 23 tablespoons orange juice (optional, for more orange flavor)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients of frozen banana, orange segments, cottage cheese, milk and orange juice, if desired. Add in any other add-ins at this time as well.
  2. Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Enjoy!
