- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
- Preparation of Ingredients: Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare the vegetables: slice the red bell pepper and julienne the carrot. Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add the sliced bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes or until they start to soften.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the pan. Add the cooked noodles. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Pour over the noodles and beef. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Final Touches: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- To enhance flavors, marinate the beef with soy sauce and a little cornstarch for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
- For a smokier flavor, use a high-temperature oil like peanut oil.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like broccoli or snow peas for added nutrition and texture.
- Adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of chili flakes according to your preference.
