- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Layer Brie slices, cranberries, and pistachios on each strip.
- Twist strips into spirals and stack them in a tree shape.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes.
- Garnish with extra pistachios, powdered sugar, or honey before serving.
